A home buyer education class helps buyers navigate through the complexities and costs of the home buying process. It arms buyers with the knowledge they need to avoid predatory mortgage loans other pitfalls related to homeownership. In addition, most homeownership programs require buyers to complete a home buyer education course to use one of their assistance programs.
